STANDARD BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP REQUIREMENTS	There are several significant obstacles to overcome in order to acquire this approval: There is a legally recognized business structure in place, such as a corporation, trust, partnership, or registered business name; and Financially, the company must be in good shape. The company must be operating legally.
SPONSORSHIP PERIOD OF VALIDITY	Sponsorship permission is usually valid for 5 years after it is acquired. There are, however, a few exceptions to this rule: Business Sponsorship Approval, as well as any TSS visas awarded, will be valid for a maximum of 12 months if a company has been in operation for less than 12 months.
