Business Talent (Migrant) visas are permanent visas available to applicants in two streams:
- Significant Business History Stream: for those having large business ownership interests.
- The Venture Capital Entrepreneur Stream: It is for persons who have at least AUD 1 million in venture capital funding.
Duration and Requirements:
This visa allows you to stay in the country indefinitely.

When you submit your application, you can do so from anywhere in the world.
You must have a substantive visa or a Bridging A, B, or C visa if you are in Australia.
Nomination by State/Territory:
Only applicants who have been nominated by an Australian State or Territory government are eligible for this visa.
