• TEMPORARY WORK VISA

  • Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (TSS Visa)

  The 457 visa was phased out in favor of the TSS visa. A Short-Term and a Medium-Term stream will be available for the TSS visa. It allows you to stay in Australia for up to four years and work there (and renewable). You could be nominated for a permanent residency visa under the ‘186 visa temporary resident transition stream’ if your occupation is on the MLTSSL and you’ve been in the country and worked for the same sponsor for three years.
• PROVISIONAL 494 VISA AND PERMANENT 186 VISA

  The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) allows Australian firms to sponsor highly trained workers to permanently reside and work in the country.

   Whether you qualify for the temporary resident transition or direct admission, this employer-sponsored visa grants you and your family permanent status. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need help deciding which path to take.

  • Regional Sponsored Provisional visa (subclass 494)

  Your employer must be located in a recognized regional area if you are sponsored on this visa. You’ll require a talent evaluation, and you’ll have to follow the employer’s rules.

  This visa allows you to work for an Australian employer whilst undertaking on-the-job training.
